Hi Jason,

  I inadvertently submitted this ticket without filling in all the details and I was in the middle of an update to it with a correct title when I lost my changes.

Nuance just received a new support account Tuesday and we are in the process of getting the contact info associated with that account.  Jess Arrington is our sales rep.

Hi Mike, I take it that you work with Michael Peebles? Also, I have updated the site to Nuance from Microsoft to reflect the account correctly.


"Invalid user for SlurmUser slurm"

This suggests that the following configuration parameter in slurm.conf is not correct.

SlurmUser="slurm"

1. Does the user slurm exist inside Singularity?
