update document of Intel discrete GPU support

Overview:
There is no documentation about the usage of Intel discrete GPU in Slurm.

Details:
Intel discrete GPU support in Slurm has been released. But there is no document for users to know how to configure Intel discrete GPU devices in a Slurm cluster, e.g. AutoDetect.

I attached my patch for all the necessary changes I found in the attachment. Please take a look. Thank you.

Hi Huanxing,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and providing a patch with the documentation. This has been checked in with the following commit:
https://github.com/SchedMD/slurm/commit/3a6deeb81c07193325e597e38b114d2e02404b6b

The information will be available in the online documentation with the release of 22.05.8.

Thanks,
Ben
