I strongly recommend running the spell program to find and fix typos. Some of the typos reported are formatting options and not real errors, but "fequency" appears several times. Here is how to run it:

$ spell jobacct_gatherplugins.shtml | sort -u
aix
AIX
API
..
fequency
...

Second, always change the date at the bottom of the file so we can easily determine what needs to be updated on our web site. Format is European (day, month, year):
