squeue tres suffix fix

This is response to bug #6141 and #6120.  Before this fix:

$ squeue -o "%b DELIM %a DELIM %D"
TRES_PER_NODEACCOUNT DELIM NODES
N/A(null) DELIM 1


After this fix:

$ squeue -o "%b DELIM %a DELIM %D"
TRES_PER_NODE DELIM ACCOUNT DELIM NODES
N/A DELIM (null) DELIM 1
