Hi the best way to set per partition limit is to use partition Qos: https://slurm.schedmd.com/qos.html#partition https://slurm.schedmd.com/SLUG15/Partition_QOS.pdf Let me know if this matches your requirements. Dominik Hi Dominik, thanks for this. I was not aware of qos per partition settings and that grptres=cpu could be applied on that level. We will have a look at it. Regards, Maciej Hi Any news? Did you have a chance to test partition Qos? Dominik Hi Dominik, we didn't test it so far. But it answers our question. So I guess that you can close this one/ Many thanks again, Maciej Hi Thanks, Marking resolved/infogiven, please reopen if you have any further questions. Dominik |
