Fix list tags

The list of Presentations on the "Publications and Presentations" looks weird due to minor HTML problem introduced when adding presentations from the Athens meeting.

If you submit patches to the 'Contributions' category they won't get pushed down into Sev6. This is outlined here: https://github.com/SchedMD/slurm/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md
