extended logging patch

I was looking for additional job logging details and it looks like the patch in this thread covers it:

I looked over the slurm source and that patch didn't appear to be applied, so I'm opening this request and attaching the patch. I would also be interested in these fields being logged for wait time analysis.

I was waiting for a better patch before I applied it.  As you can read in the thread there were some spots I didn't particularly like.

So if you want to take it on and make those changes and resubmit please do.
