Change default CgroupMountpoint (in cgroup.release example)

In commit c97e08a01c67612265627971312d32af2128aba5
The default moint point for cgroup was set to /sys/fs/cgroup

I propagate this to the example for release cgroup.

I found a few locations in the documentation that had not been updated as well, commit 7da2592 addresses those.
