Recently upgraded slurm from 19.X to 20.11.8 and slurm accounting filetxt is showing plugin error while starting the slurmctld service. please find the below error messages.

[2022-02-21T10:16:28.273] error: cannot find accounting_storage plugin for accounting_storage/filetxt

Filetxt was lacking in many ways and also fell behind "accounting_storage/slurmdbd" with the information being stored as well as features.

accounting_storage/filetxt was deprecated and removed in 20.11.
